Das Atlas Ailsa XLR Duo Interconnect ist ein hochwertiges, symmetrisches Analogkabel aus der „Aspire“-Serie und wurde entwickelt, um eine deutlich hörbare Annäherung an High-End-Performance zu ermöglichen. Es richtet sich an anspruchsvolle HiFi- und Studio-Anwendungen, bei denen höchste Signalreinheit und minimale Störanfälligkeit entscheidend sind.

Kern der Konstruktion ist die weiterentwickelte Duo-Topologie, bei der die Leiter für Hot (+) und Cold (–) vollständig getrennt und individuell abgeschirmt sind. Diese Architektur verbessert die Unterdrückung von Störsignalen erheblich und sorgt für eine außergewöhnlich niedrige Geräuschkulisse.

Im Gegensatz zu klassischen Kabeln setzt Atlas hier auf massive (solid-core) OCC-Kupferleiter (Ohno Continuous Casting). Diese bieten geringere Verzerrungen, höhere Konsistenz und eine besonders präzise Signalübertragung über das gesamte Frequenzspektrum.
