Rega Elicit MK5 Vollverstärker

Elicit MK 5 lautet der Name des neuesten Rega Vollverstärkers, dessen neues Design sich nahtlos in die übrige Rega Produktpalette einreiht.

Er basiert auf früheren Schaltungstechnologien und nutzt die mehrfach preisgekrönte Rega Class A/B Endstufenschaltung um kraftvolle 105 Watt pro Kanal an 8 Ohm Lasten zu liefern. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein großzügiges, geräuscharmes, mehrstufiges lineares Netzteil, wobei die Versorgung für die digitalen und analogen Sektionen galvanisch getrennt ist.

Der Elicit ist in der Lage, auch schwierige Lautsprecher mit Leichtigkeit anzusteuern und fügt sich durch seine vielfältigen Anschlussmöglichkeiten perfekt in jedes Audio-System ein. Neben Line-, Digital- und einem hochwertigen MM-Phonoeingang (Moving Magnet), verfügt er auch über einen Pre-Out, einen Direct-In, eine Record-Loop-Funktion und einen leistungsstarken Kopfhörerausgang.

Wesentliche Details des Elicit wurden direkt vom hochgelobten Aethos Verstärker übernommen. Sie werden feststellen, dass die gleiche diskrete Vorverstärkerschaltung auf FET-Basis und das Alps-Lautstärkepotentiometer verwendet werden, um die klanglichen und technischen Eigenschaften weiter zu verbessern. Wie zu erwarten, wurde der Auswahl der wichtigsten Bauteile besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. So werden diskrete Schaltungen, hochwertige Relais, Polypropylen-Kondensatoren und Sanken Ausgangstransistoren verwendet.

Die galvanisch/optisch isolierten Digitaleingänge nutzen einen Wolfson S/PDIF-Empfänger-IC, um optimale Klangeigenschaften von jeder angeschlossenen Quelle zu liefern. Die Wandlung erfolgt über einen Wolfson DAC und eine von Rega entwickelte diskrete Line-Driver-Schaltung.

Der neue Elicit MK5 basiert auf jahrzehntelanger, preisgekrönter Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Verstärkern und digitalen Schaltkreisen, die in einer perfekt abgestimmten Balance aus Zuverlässigkeit, Konnektivität und vor allem präziser Musikwiedergabe gipfelt.
