Die Accession MC Phono Stage Vorverstärker ermöglicht es nun auch Nutzern von Moving Coil (MC) Systemen, alle Vorteile des patentierten Equalisierungssystems der Accession zu genießen.

Klangqualität

Paul Szabady von Stereo Times beschreibt den Klang so: "Die Klangbühne überschritt immer die Grenzen der Lautsprecherplatzierung und bei leistungsstärkeren Front-Ends auch die Grenzen des Hörraums. Die Atmosphäre des Aufnahmeortes wurde stets mit einer erfrischenden Klarheit und natürlicher Ausrichtung eingefangen, und die Platzierung der Instrumente war so präzise, dass sie eine synästhetische visuelle Reaktion auslöste. Musik wurde, wie auch bei der Accession MM, direkt und treu wiedergegeben, völlig frei von künstlerischer Verzerrung."

EQ-System und Leistung

Die Accession MC (und MM) beantwortet die alte Frage: "Wäre ein konstanter EQ-Slope nicht besser?" Ja, das wäre es! Das RIAA-EQ ist ein Kompromiss, der auf den Einschränkungen der 1950er Jahre basiert, als ein Problem das nächste schuf. Der Grund liegt im Tonabnehmer: Magnetische Tonabnehmer haben keinen flachen Ausgang. Der Ausgang des Tonabnehmers steigt tatsächlich um 60 dB zwischen 20 Hz und 20 kHz an.

Die Accession MC gleicht zuerst den Tonabnehmer aus, bevor sie die 20 dB kombinierte Wölbung und Verstärkung der Schallplatte korrigiert. Sie bietet sogar einen konstanten Amplitudenausgang, falls Schallplatten jemals flach aufgenommen werden.

Netzteil

Mit dem neuen PSU1 Enigma Mikro-Signal-Netzteil werden die Ergebnisse noch besser. Das PSU1-Netzteil hat unsere Phono-Vorverstärker seit 2000 mit Strom versorgt und durch zahlreiche großartige Bewertungen geführt. Die PSU1 Enigma ist mit einem speziell gefertigten DC-Kabel ausgestattet, das ursprünglich mit dem Standard-PSU1 getestet wurde, wo es keinen Unterschied machte, aber mit der PSU1 Enigma definitiv eine Verbesserung brachte.


Zusätzliche Funktionen

  • Ladeoptionen: Vier Optionen zur Anpassung der Tonabnehmerlast: 100 Ohm, 300 Ohm, 500 Ohm und 75 Ohm.
  • Lautstärkeregelung: Eine manuelle Lautstärkeregelung, die an den variablen Ausgängen aktiv ist, sodass die Accession MC direkt einen Leistungsverstärker ansteuern kann.
  • Verschiedene EQs: RIAA, NAB und FFRR für ältere amerikanische und britische Aufnahmen sowie CA/Flat für eine Wiedergabe ohne Equalisierung.
  • Mono-Schalter: Kombiniert linke und rechte Kanäle für die authentische Wiedergabe von Mono-Aufnahmen.
  • Aufnahme während des Hörens: Variable Ausgänge können zur Aufnahme genutzt werden, während feste Ausgänge für das Hören verwendet werden.
