Polklemmen in den Mengen 1, 2 oder  3 Stück werden nicht in einer original WBT-Verkaufsverpackung geliefert, sondern in Luftpolsterfolie.

Die WBT-0765 Polklemme bietet herausragende Eigenschaften für den sicheren und effektiven Anschluss von Kabeln und Komponenten. Mit ihrem innovativen Design und der hochwertigen Verarbeitung sorgt sie für eine zuverlässige Signalübertragung und hohe Dauerbelastbarkeit.

Hauptmerkmale:

  • Feingewinde und Pflasterfräsung sorgen für einen besonders hohen Kontaktdruck, wodurch Kabelschuhe und Kabelenden druckstark verbunden werden. Dies garantiert eine sichere und stabile Verbindung mit minimalem Übergangswiderstand.
  • Die patentierte zweiteilige Spannmutter sorgt für einen maximalen Halt der Verbindung und verhindert das Abscheren von Kabellitzen, selbst bei der Verwendung von blanken Kabelenden. Der untere Teil der Mutter ist frei drehbar, was zusätzliche Sicherheit bietet.
  • Löt- oder Crimpanschluss: Die Anschlussmöglichkeiten umfassen Löttechnik oder Crimpen, wobei bei der Crimptechnik eine Torxschraube T.6 erforderlich ist.
  • CE- und IEC-konform: Die transparente Makrolon-Vollisolierung sorgt für eine sichere und isolierte Verbindung und erfüllt die Anforderungen der Sicherheitsnormen.
  • 24 Karat Mehrschichtvergoldung schützt die spannungsführenden Teile vor Korrosion und gewährleistet eine langlebige und stabile Verbindung.

  • Verdrehgesicherte Montage: Das mitgelieferte Puzzlescheibensystem sorgt für einen festen Halt und verhindert die Verdrehung der Polklemme bei der Montage.

Anschlüsse:

  • Außenanschluss: Die Polklemme bietet die Möglichkeit, einen 4-mm-Bananenstecker anzuschließen. Alternativ können Kabelschuhe oder gecrimpte Kabelenden bis 6 mm² verwendet werden. Der Druckstückboden ist mit einer Pflasterfräsung versehen, die für einen dauerhaften sicheren Halt sorgt.
  • Innenanschluss: Der Innenanschluss ist für Kabel mit einem Leiterquerschnitt von bis zu 10 mm² geeignet. Der Anschluss kann entweder gelötet oder gecrimpt werden. Für Lötverbindungen wird das oberflächenschonende Silber-Lötzinn WBT-0800 empfohlen.

Montage und Einbau:

  • Die Polklemme lässt sich mit den mitgelieferten Einbauisolierungen einfach installieren. Diese sorgen für die verdrehsichere Montage und eine eindeutige Polkennung.
  • Puzzlescheiben sorgen für exakte Klemmenabstände von 19 oder 30 mm und bieten gleichzeitig einen sicheren Verdrehschutz.
  • Bei Geräten mit starkem Körperschall, wie Lautsprechern, wird eine zusätzliche Muttersicherung empfohlen, etwa durch die WBT Fächerscheibe WBT-9150.
  • Mit dem Abstandhalter WBT-9404 kann die Polklemme auch als Doppelklemme mit einem vorgegebenen Abstand von 19 mm installiert werden. Die Einlassöffnung für Anschlusskabel ist in 45° Schritten drehbar.

Anmerkungen:

  • Hinweis für Gerätehersteller: Aufgrund geltender Sicherheitsvorschriften müssen die 4-mm-Bananenlöcher von WBT-Polklemmen mit dem Safety Stick WBT-0799 verschlossen werden.
