Die WBT-0735 Polklemme steht für höchste Ansprüche in Sachen Signalübertragung und Mechanik. Sie bietet durch ihre Feingewindetechnologie und die Pflasterfräsung im Druckstück einen besonders hohen Kontaktdruck, was zu minimalen Übergangswiderständen und einer hervorragenden Signalqualität führt. Die zweiteilige Spannmutter sorgt für maximalen Halt der Verbindung, sodass eine zuverlässige und stabile Verbindung auch unter anspruchsvollsten Bedingungen gewährleistet ist.

Die Polklemme ist mit einer CE- und IEC-konformen Makrolon-Vollisolierung ausgestattet, die sowohl eine hohe Sicherheitsstandards erfüllt als auch eine optimale Isolierung bietet. Die 24 Karat Mehrschichtvergoldung (nickelfrei) schützt vor Korrosion und sorgt für eine langlebige und abriebfeste Oberfläche. Dies garantiert, dass die Polklemme auch über Jahre hinweg eine exzellente Leistung bietet.

Die WBT-0735 Polklemme ist für Außenanschlüsse wie 4-mm-Bananenstecker, Kabelschuhe (6 - 8 mm Gabel) und gecrimpte Kabelenden bis 6 mm² geeignet. Die patentierte Spannmutter mit Pflasterfräsung sorgt für eine druckstarke Verbindung und verhindert das Abscheren von Kabellitzen, auch bei blanken Kabelenden.

Der Innenanschluss ermöglicht Kabel mit einem maximalen Leiterquerschnitt von 10 mm². Für eine zuverlässige Verbindung empfiehlt WBT die Crimpanschlusstechnik, unterstützt durch die mitgelieferten Torxschrauben und den Torx T.6 Schlüssel. Alternativ kann auch gelötet werden, wobei WBT das Silber-Lötzinn WBT-0800 für eine oberflächenschonende Verbindung empfiehlt.

Die Polklemme lässt sich einfach und sicher installieren. Sie wird mit einem Puzzlescheibensystem geliefert, das einen Verdrehschutz und einen genauen Klemmenabstand gewährleistet. Mit dem Abstandhalter WBT-9404 lässt sich die Polklemme sogar als Doppelklemme mit einem Abstand von 19 mm installieren.
