Nach fast 40 Jahren präsentiert Luxman mit dem LMC-5 einen neuen Tonabnehmer, der die Tradition der legendären LMC-1 und LMC-2 Modelle aus den frühen 1980er Jahren fortsetzt. Der LMC-5 wurde mit besonderem Fokus auf die Abtastnadel und den Ausleger entwickelt, um eine präzise Rillenauslesung zu ermöglichen und feinste Musiksignale detailgetreu wiederzugeben. Das sorgfältig gefertigte Gehäuse unterstützt jede Bewegung der Nadel und unterdrückt Verformungen, was zu einer klaren und präzisen Klangwiedergabe führt.

Der Entwicklungsprozess des LMC-5 folgte denselben Prinzipien, die Luxman auch bei seinen Verstärkern und anderen Komponenten anwendet, einschließlich intensiver Probehörsessions in jeder Entwicklungsphase. Das Ergebnis ist ein Tonabnehmer, der den klassischen Luxman-Charakter mit moderner Technologie vereint.

Der Nadelhalter besteht aus Aluminium und ist mit einer Shibata-geschliffenen Diamantnadel bestückt, die weniger Rauschen erzeugt und mehr Details aus der Schallplatte extrahiert. Die symmetrisch gewickelte Spule reduziert Kanalungleichgewichte und trägt zur Gewichtsreduktion bei. Der verwendete Magnet besteht aus Samarium-Kobalt und bietet eine hohe Stabilität.

Schutz gegen Geräusche und Vibrationen:

Ein spezielles Oberflächenmagnetsystem reduziert Außengeräusche, während der Nadelhalter durch ein externes Gehäuse gegen Vibrationen geschützt ist. Das Aluminiumgehäuse in tiefem Rot, der Luxman-Hausfarbe, ist innen gewölbt, um Resonanzen und reflektierte Töne zu minimieren.
