Mit zwei 7-Zoll-Clarity Cone™-Tiefton/Mitteltönern bietet der SONIK 5 eine deutlich erweiterte Basskontrolle und sehr hohe Leistungsreserven im Vergleich zu kompakten Lautsprechern. Die speziell entwickelte Membran kombiniert Leichtgewicht mit hoher Steifigkeit, was Verzerrungen minimiert und für eine natürliche, dynamische Wiedergabe sorgt.

Ein 29-mm-Ultra-Light-Soft-Dome-Hochtöner übernimmt die oberen Frequenzen und liefert eine klare, präzise und detaillierte Hochtonwiedergabe mit einer offenen, luftigen Klangbühne. Unterstützt wird das System durch das SMC™ Essential Magnet System, das magnetische Verzerrungen reduziert und die Linearität über den gesamten Arbeitsbereich verbessert.
