Der Lautsprecher AE Active ist eine Weiterentwicklung unseres äußerst erfolgreichen und preisgekrönten Modells AE1 Active, das erstmals 2017 auf den Markt kam. Für das Jahr 2026 wurde er sowohl akustisch als auch optisch überarbeitet, aktualisiert und verbessert.

Aufbauend auf fast vier Jahrzehnten Innovation im Lautsprecherbereich vereint der AE Active die Tradition der Präzisionstechnik der Marke mit dem Komfort, den heutige HiFi-Liebhaber erwarten. Das Ergebnis ist ein kompaktes, selbstversorgtes Lautsprechersystem, das keine externe Verstärkung benötigt und gleichzeitig die Musikalität und Präzision bewahrt, die für Produkte von Acoustic Energy charakteristisch sind.

Im Kern ist der AE Active ein vollaktiver Zwei-Wege-Standlautsprecher mit integrierter Class-A/B-Verstärkung und dedizierter Verstärkung für jeden Treiber. Diese Bi-Amping-Konfiguration gewährleistet optimale Leistung und liefert außergewöhnliche Klarheit, dynamischen Headroom und präzise Treibersteuerung.

Der AE Active wurde mit Blick auf Reinheit entwickelt und verfügt über einen vollständig analogen Signalweg, der auf DSP und digitale Signalverarbeitung verzichtet, um die Klangintegrität zu bewahren. Jeder Lautsprecher beherbergt überarbeitete doppelte 50-Watt-Verstärker der Klasse A/B, die von hochwertigen linearen Netzteilen gespeist werden und eine gleichbleibende, rauscharme Leistung über den gesamten Frequenzbereich gewährleisten. Neu bei der AE Active-Aktualisierung ist ein praktischer Auto-Ein-/Aus-Schalter, der von den Nutzern des ursprünglichen AE1 Active vielfach gewünscht wurde.

Flexibilität steht im Mittelpunkt des Designs des AE Active: Sowohl symmetrische XLR- als auch Cinch-Eingänge ermöglichen den nahtlosen Anschluss an eine Vielzahl von Quellgeräten, darunter DACs, Vorverstärker und hochauflösende Streamer. Einstellbare Bass- und Höhenregler ermöglichen eine Feinabstimmung auf die Raumakustik und die Aufstellung und bieten so mehr Kontrolle über das Hörerlebnis.

Äußerlich wurde das Gehäuse dezent neu gestaltet und mit einer neuen, silikonbeschichteten Treiberblende versehen, die für ein klareres, edleres Erscheinungsbild sorgt. Als Oberflächenvarianten stehen Hochglanzschwarz, Hochglanzweiß und ein neues Natur-Walnussholzfurnier zur Auswahl.

Mit seiner kompakten Stellfläche, dem raffinierten Gehäusedesign und den hochwertigen Oberflächen eignet sich der AE Active gleichermaßen für Heim-Audiosysteme wie auch für Studio-Monitoring-Umgebungen. Seine Kombination aus Leistung, Vielseitigkeit und Einfachheit spiegelt die beständige Mission von Acoustic Energy wider: Musik mit Präzision und Authentizität zum Leben zu erwecken.

Das System verfügt über die neue, für das AE1-Modell zum 40-jährigen Jubiläum eigens entwickelte „Pure-Piston“-Keramik-/Aluminium-Membran von Acoustic Energy, die Verzerrungen minimiert und ein Verbiegen der Membran verhindert, sowie über einen präzisionsgefertigten Aluminium-Kalottenhochtöner, der durch die firmeneigene Wide Dispersion Technology (WDT) optimiert wurde. Zusammen sorgen diese Technologien für eine breite, immersive Klangbühne mit herausragender Genauigkeit und Detailtreue.
