Vortex HFO Power Plug (Sigma)

Das Power Plug Sigma von Vortex HiFi ist ein Steckdosen-Insert zur Stromversorgung, das dazu gedacht ist, Störungen im Stromnetz zu reduzieren und das HiFi-System damit ruhiger und „sauberer“ zu versorgen. Im Unterschied zu normalen Steckern wird hier auf Hochfrequenz-Optimierung (HFO) und die Sigma-Technologie gesetzt, um mögliche Einflüsse von Störungen durch die Stromversorgung auf die Audioqualität zu minimieren.

Das Set (zwei Stück) ist so ausgelegt, dass idealerweise einer der Plugs direkt an der Netzleiste der Anlage angeschlossen wird und der andere in einer entfernten Steckdose, z. B. in der Nähe des Hörplatzes. Dadurch soll nicht nur die unmittelbare Einspeisung verbessert werden, sondern auch der Einfluss von Störpotentialen im Raum reduziert werden.

Für Nutzer, die Wert auf sauberen Strom für ihre Komponenten legen, bietet dieses Paar eine Möglichkeit, aktiv gegen mögliche Nebeneffekte von Netzstörungen vorzugehen, ohne dass man in die Gerätesignale direkt eingreift.
