Das Atlas Arran Transpose Bi-Wire Lautsprecherkabel steht für das Höchste, was Atlas im Bereich OCC-Kupfer-Audiotechnik bislang realisiert hat. Als technisch und klanglich ausgereiftes Breitband-Lautsprecherkabel vereint es kompromisslose Materialwahl mit einer durchdachten Geometrie – und richtet sich an Musikliebhaber, die das volle Potenzial ihrer Anlage ausschöpfen möchten.

Das Kabel nutzt hochreines OCC-Kupfer der Reinheitsstufe „6N" (99,99997 % Reinheit), gefertigt im OCC-Verfahren (Ohno Continuous Casting). Sechs massiv-geführte OCC-Kupferleiter werden dabei sorgfältig in ein gestuftes Dielektrikum mit geformten Lufteinschlüssen eingebettet. Die Kombination aus Baumwollspirale, spannungskontrolliert gewickeltem PTFE und der SSG-Schicht (Super Stabilised Geometry) sorgt für eine konstante Kabelgeometrie über die gesamte Länge – eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für eine verlässliche, verzerrungsfreie Signalübertragung.

Bi-Wire-Kabel eröffnen klangliche Vorteile, wenn die beiden Hälften der Lautsprecherweiche elektrisch getrennt werden – für präzisere Kontrolle über Hoch- und Tieftonbereich gleichermaßen. Das Atlas Arran Transpose ist in den Konfigurations­varianten 2–4 und 4–4 erhältlich und bietet damit maximale Flexibilität für unterschiedliche Systemkonfigurationen.

Ein zentrales Merkmal ist das Transpose Modular Termination System – eine Kaltschweißverbindung ganz ohne Lötzinn. Dabei werden Stecker und Leiter unter präzise kalibriertem Druck zu einem luftdichten, stabilen Metall-zu-Metall-Kontakt gefügt, ohne das Dielektrikum des Kabels zu verformen. Das Ergebnis ist ein reibungsloser, ununterbrochener Signalweg, der sich wie ein durchgehendes Element verhält.

Die Leistung des Arran-Kabels wird durch das Grun Coherent Ground System weiter gesteigert – von der internationalen HiFi-Fachpresse als Schlüsselelement für höchste Systemperformance ausgezeichnet. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind ein Satz Grun-Leitungen und Gabelschuhadapter; für die höchste Ausbaustufe stehen Grun-Netzadapter zur Verfügung, die mit bis zu vier Grun-Kabeln kombiniert werden können.
